Solution: 

We have made billing as simple as possible to make your life easier.

Here are the steps in which billing takes place:

(1) Place your order and either pay with an existing account or sign up with Paypal 
You will need to setup a bank account within paypal to extract the money.

(2) You will recieve an email each month 5 days before your account is automatically billed.

(3) Ensure the funds are availible:
you should ensure the money is in your bank each month for paypal to send us.

(4) Login to your Client account on our site and click on 'My History' this will show a list of past and present invoices - they will be marked as paid or unpaid, if it has been paid then billing is completed for the month.  

(5) If you wish at any point you can view and print off your invoices by navigating to the 'My History' tab in your account.
